Career Fair Information for Employers

The Career Fair Committee of Civil and Environmental Engineering Students' Association (CEESA), MIT, cordially invites you to the official CEESA Career Fair.
The Fair will be open to both undergraduate and graduate students in all areas of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
Please note that there is no fee to participate in the Career Fair. If your company is interested in participating in the CEE Career Fair, please register. The deadline for registration is Friday, Feb. 19.
Schedule of Events
Noon to 1 PM: Employer registration and booth set-up
1 to 4:45 PM: Doors open to students
4:45 PM: Fair ends
4:45 to 5 PM: Booth dismantling and clean-up
Booths and Interviewing Space
Each booth will be provided with the following:
- One table
- Two chairs
- An identifying sign
Space is available in the Stratton Student Center near Twenty Chimneys for companies who would like to interview with students individually. Please contact Jeanette at 617-253-7106 to make arrangements.
If you need to ship packages ahead of time, please ship them to the address below. If you need to ship packages back to your office after the fair, please inform us ahead of time, so that we can arrange for FedEx or DHL to be present. Please note that the CEESA Career Fair is not responsible for the costs of returning packages.

Directions and Parking
If you are in the area, you can get to MIT by car or public transportation. If you are coming from a distance, you will probably want to fly into Boston's Logan Airport. Regardless of how you are getting here, you can find directions to MIT here.
Parking is limited, please contact Jeanette at jmmarch@mit.edu or call 617-253-7106 for arrangements. Please provide the following information:
- Company Name
- Number of cars/ Number of Guests
- Contact Person/Phone Number/E-Mail
Companies will recieve an email instructing them to their assigned parking lot. The parking attendants have a list of all companies who have requested parking. Parking arrangements for the participating companies have been made at the Kresge Lot.
