The annual CEE Awards were presented during a ceremony held on Monday, May 11 at the Samberg Conference Center.

This year, the department proudly introduced two new awards, the Professor Jerome J. Connor Memorial Award and the CEE Safety Champion Award. The Jerome J. Connor Memorial award commemorates Professor Emeritus Jerome J. Connor’s lasting contributions to the field of structural engineering and his more than two decades of guidance within the Master of Engineering (MEng) program’s structures track. The award recognizes an MEng student who best exemplifies Professor Connor’s qualities of leadership, exceptional dedication to the department, and commitment to community. The CEE Safety Champion Award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) within our CEE community.
