In an effort to spread credible environmental science to the general public, Course 1 graduate student Qingjun “Judy” Yang has spearheaded an initiative to produce monthly videos that feature MIT research focused on the fundamental principles of the environment and its impact on society’s daily life. “Densely-populated countries, such as China, have a desperate need for credible, environmental knowledge,” said Yang. “CEE, with its reputation for integrity and scientific excellence, has the ability and responsibility to impact these people.” Yang asks that any student or faculty member interested to share his/her research and perspective to contact her at qjyang@mit.edu.
