On May 7, the 1.011 course Project Evaluation and Management, taught by CEE Professor Joseph Sussman and CEE graduate student Harsha Ravichandran ’13, hosted a poster day for faculty, staff and students to see the students’ term projects. The course, recently updated to include project evaluation as well as project management, became a CI-M class this semester with communications intensive content and requires the students to create a poster for their term projects. The class took advantage of the new flat screen television installed that very morning to show posters two at a time, in addition to the displays hung around the room. Sussman said that he plans to make this poster event a continuing part of 1.011 in the years going forward.
