CEE graduate Daniel Jimenez S.B. ’10, M.Eng. ’11 has been named a Gates Cambridge Scholar for 2013. Jimenez will go to the University of Cambridge next fall to study for a master of philosophy in engineering for sustainable development. His graduate studies will build on his MIT education and the work he has been doing in the Philippines as a Fulbright Scholar developing cost-effective, environmentally friendly, disaster-resistant construction technologies and methods.
