Professor Oral Buyukozturk‘s research proposal “Remote Detection of Damage in FRP-Retrofitted Concrete Structures Using Accoustic-Laser Vibrometry” has been awarded the 2011 National ASNT Fellowship Award by the American Society for Nondestructive Testing. The research allows the remote detection of damage in concrete structures using acoustic-laser vibrometry. Buyukozturk will receive the award at the ASNT conference in California October 2011.
