CEE graduate student Sergio Herrero-Lopez, Professor John Williams and research scientist Abel Sanchez of the Laboratory for Manufacturing and Productivity presented work at the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers’ (IEEE) Cluster conference, held Sept. 26-30 in Austin, Texas, that will help datacenter operators predict the consequences of adding new hardware configurations, software applications or other network changes without affecting service.
