On Jan. 29 from 11 am – 6 pm, CEE Professor Serguei Saavedra and Professor Jeff Gore of the department of physics will co-host the first MIT Meeting on Quantitative Ecology. This initial meeting strives to build a network of researchers/labs located in the Boston area and working in the field of quantita­tive/theoretical ecology, as well as provide an opportunity for presenters and attendees to introduce their research, exchange ideas, and explore potential avenues of collaboration.
