Professor Nigel Wilson gave a talk on “Improving Transit Performance with Automated Data Collection Systems” at the Volpe National Transportation Systems Center March 6, as part of Volpe’s Straight From the Source speaker series. Wilson uses data from transit fare cards to research and improve transit services in London, Boston and Hong Kong, among other cities.
