Ben-Akiva to receive honorary doctorate from University of Antwerp

For his work on transport modeling, Professor Moshe Ben-Akiva will receive a Ph.D. honoris causa from the University of Antwerp, Belgium, April 29. The next day, Ben-Akiva will present a special seminar, “Planning and Action in a Model of Choice,” as the closing plenary session of a colloquium sponsored by the university’s Department of Transport and Regional Economics.
