Research from Professor Jesse Kroll identifies previously unknown organic compounds in the atmosphere

[fusion_text]New research from Associate Professor of CEE and Chemical Engineering Jesse Kroll and James Hunter PhD ’15, now a technical instructor in DMSE, fills in significant gaps in the inventory of organic compounds in the atmosphere. The result of a large, collaborative field study, the research identifies previously unknown organic compounds in the atmosphere. Colette Heald, Associate Professor of CEE and EAPS and Associate Department Head of CEE, was a co-author on the paper, which was recently published in Nature Geoscience.
