Tara Soni was awarded the Busch Prize

Tara Soni Senior Tara Soni received the Paul L. Busch (1958) Prize, which is presented to an undergraduate student in environmental engineering science for academic achievement and contributions to the CEE community. Soni led a number of initiatives as president of the MIT student chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers including the newly formatted open house. Department head Professor Andrew Whittle said, “She involved her peers, energizing them and crafting a creative and well-designed program. She’s a true team player, excellent academically, and brings passion, drive and momentum to CEE.”
