CEE alumnus named Premier of Taiwan

On December 3, 2014 CEE alumnus Mao Chi-kuo ’83 was named Taiwan’s new Premier. Chi-kuo served as the vice premier in former premier Jiang Yi-huah’s cabinet for a year and 10 months, worked in various jobs at the Ministry of Transportation and Communications and is familiar with the administration’s policies. According to a release following his appointment, Chi-kuo is regarded as highly skilled with communication and coordination among different agencies. For more information, please see here.
